Shipping, handling and delivery

The shipping, handling and delivery charges contain a total price for internet order processing, item selection, packaging, transport and handling and payment commisssions. We don’t guarantee delivery times, but we do our best to provide accurate estimates and try to meet the promises we make in our web shop.

Deliveries occur only on weekdays. Shipping and Delivery charges are subject to change and are determined on the moment you order. Estimated delivery time assumes orders are placed before 12:00 noon (PST). Orders you place with late on Friday or on Saturday will not be processed until Monday. Depending on the country you want to ship to, we offer various shipping options you can choose from, all with their own price and services. These prices depend on the size and weight of the article(s) you plan to order and will be visible for you before you will be tranferred to our payment provider.

Delivery addresses in Non-EU countries like Switzerland, Norway, USA, Russia and Canada have extra Shipping & Delivery charges. Orders outside NL in the cheapest method (regular mail) can have delivery times varying from 2 days to 5-6 weeks. More secure within Europe is DPD (2- 4 days) or UPS (the fastest!). Outside EU countries we advise UPS/FedEx or DHL. You will be able to track your order.

Returns and replacements

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. Returned merchandise should include the vendor packaging and tags and be in the same condition as when it was received. A pickup and/or restock fee may apply. Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.

Returning gifts

When returning a gift, a Gift Card will be issued to the gift recipient for the amount of the returned merchandise. The card can be used for purchases from the store. 

Returning merchandise by mail

On the enclosed return form from your order, please note the reason(s) for return and whether you wish to exchange the item(s) or receive a credit/refund (depending on the original form of payment).

Enclose the return form with your item(s). Please use the return label provided in your package to ensure proper return address and credit information. Restricted items must be returned using ground transportation. For valuable product be sure to ship with a track& trace option and signed by receiver (us)

Please allow 10 to 14 days for to process your return.
